This process begins with meticulous organization of the customer’s fabrics, checking that the color baths are the same as those purchased from the supplier or coming out of their own loom, sorting them and loading them into the warehouse according to the previously agreed-upon sample design. This way there is no waste of fabric, and our staff is able to know exactly how much fabric was delivered to us and how much we use to make the sample project.

When the sample is ready, our client can choose to have the entire project delivered to their own facilities and then sort the various samples to their clients, or they can decide that we handle the preparation and direct shipping.

Complementary to this is the advanced use of management software designed to facilitate smooth and direct communication with customers. With an intuitive interface, customers can easily navigate through the different features offered, customize their orders, and monitor real-time production progress.
